What we collect
When you inquire about a project we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and a preferred start date. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These are used to keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your inquiry, arrange a discovery call and in-home consultation, prepare an investment proposal and keep you updated while your project is running. We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed work are kept for six years so we can answer questions about a finished design and meet our accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address in the footer and we will action the request within thirty days.

This site uses only the cookies required to make pages load and forms work. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling.
